These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of trip4free.org (the “Site”), operated by ARCOMY S.R.L. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Trip4Free is a travel comparison service for hotels, flights and car rentals. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell, provide or fulfil any travel product. When you run a search, we redirect you to third-party partners (such as Kayak and its white-label brands) who present the offers and handle the booking directly with you.
Prices, availability, terms and the booking process are provided entirely by the third-party partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of their offers, for their websites, or for any transaction, booking, payment or dispute between you and a partner. Any purchase is subject to that partner’s own terms and privacy policy.
The Site is free to use. We may earn a commission from partners when you click through to their offers or complete a booking. This does not affect the price you pay.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means to harvest data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Trip4Free name, layout and content of the Site are owned by ARCOMY S.R.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Partner brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCOMY S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any offer, booking or transaction with a third-party partner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent court of the registered office of ARCOMY S.R.L., without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised.
