This Privacy Policy explains how ARCOMY S.R.L. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit trip4free.org (the “Site”). Trip4Free is a travel comparison service: we do not sell travel products ourselves — when you run a search we redirect you to third-party partners (such as Kayak and its white-label brands) who provide the offers and complete the booking. This policy applies worldwide to all visitors of the Site.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect names, passwords, or payment details. When you visit the Site and use the search, we automatically collect a limited set of technical and advertising data:
We process this data to: measure and attribute the performance of our advertising campaigns; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and operate and improve the comparison service. Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent (for advertising / marketing cookies, collected through the cookie banner) and our legitimate interest (for measurement, security and the basic functioning of the Site).
We share or transmit data to the following third parties, each acting under its own privacy policy:
Some of these partners (notably the advertising platforms) are based outside the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done on the basis of adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Personal data linked to a click (IP, user-agent, advertising identifiers) is automatically deleted from our systems within 60 days. After that period we only retain anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you.
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability (GDPR). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale/sharing” of your personal information (CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
To request deletion of your data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”. We will delete any personal data we still hold about you. Note that, as described above, click-level personal data is in any case automatically purged within 60 days.
